Lesson Cancellation/no show fee

Policy

• Lessons cancelled without sufficient notice or missed without prior communication may be subject to a cancellation or no-show fee.
• Fees are based on the booking terms and the timing of the cancellation.
• This policy helps protect scheduled instructor time, vehicle availability, and lesson scheduling for other students.

Important Notes

• Students are encouraged to provide as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling a lesson.
• A no-show fee may automatically apply if a student does not attend a scheduled lesson without notice.
• An invoice for applicable cancellation or no-show fees may be issued unless the fee is waived.
• If a student has prepaid lesson credit or account balance available, the fee may be deducted from that credit.
• In certain exceptional circumstances, fees may be waived at the instructor’s discretion.
• All waiver decisions are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed.
